Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

August 14, 2022 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

$35

Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

Registration Opens July 15th

Join Astoria Park Conservancy and Medicine Wheel Wellness for Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath! This program will couple restorative yoga with the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, offering opportunity to rest, reset, and renew. Gentle yoga poses supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks offer release from physical tension and a calming of the mind. The soothing sounds from the crystal bowls will fill the room, open the heart, and ignite the soul. All levels welcome. For more comfort bring your own yoga mat and a blanket.

Medicine Wheel Yoga Flow will take place in Astoria’s Johnny Counts Cabin and will be followed by an optional soak in the hot springs. Please note, registration for this class includes a soak.

Are our program fees prohibitive to you? Reach out to carolyn@astoriapark.org to learn about our no-questions-asked subsidized pricing policy.
