Morning Meditation Soak

Join Astoria Park Conservancy and Rooted Mind for morning meditations within the soaking pools at Astoria, helping us to be present and grounded.

Join us on Sunday, September 11th at 8:30am for a morning meditation while soaking in the calming waters of Astoria Hot Springs. This month, Rooted Mind will put a focus on Finding Balance in your Health Journey. We will explore ways to support our health in both mind and body and what “self care” means. As we enter a new season and start slowing down from the summer rush, we will allow ourselves some space to explore what our body needs to feel all around healthy. This unique experience will allow your body and mind to receive the healing qualities of both meditation and the springs.

Check in will begin at 8:15am
Meditation begins promptly at 8:30am

Meditations will occur 30 minutes prior to a scheduled soak. Feel free to stay after the meditation to enjoy a passive soak in Astoria’s pools during the normal, 9am session.

Are our program fees prohibitive to you? Reach out to carolyn@astoriapark.org to learn about our no questions asked subsidized pricing policy.
