Join Medicine Wheel Wellness at Astoria’s Johnny Count Cabin each Wednesday morning until the end of August for a mild-moderately paced yoga class designed to embody and flow, linking movement with breath to develop strength, balance and inner calm.

Following this yoga class, sign up to soak in Astoria Hot Springs from 9:30-11:00am.

*You must sign up separately to use the hot springs.*

Please come to class prepared with your own water bottle and yoga or fitness mat. Please sign in ahead of time to reserve your space. Pre-registration required to guarantee your space.

General property rules

No dogs are allowed anywhere on our premises, including the parking lot and grounds on this side of the red bridge. This is a requirement of Teton County, as Astoria is located in a wildlife corridor.
