Astoria Release and Indemnity Agreement
Before your visit, all guests must complete a digital liability waiver through our online ticketing and guest management system, Singenuity. After completing your reservation, you’ll receive a waiver link that you can also share with members of your group.
Guests 18 years and older must sign their own waiver. A parent or court-appointed legal guardian must complete the waiver for each guest under the age of 18.
Once you’ve completed a waiver, it’s valid for one year, so you won’t need to sign another waiver for future visits during that time.
