Yoga Flow & Crystal Sound Bath

$35Yoga + Sound + Soak at Astoria Hot Springs with Medicine Wheel Wellness
Experience an all-inclusive wellness practice greeting the morning’s energy with breathwork and intention setting to ground in and connect with the beautiful Native lands and mineral springs at Astoria Hot Springs Park Conservancy. Our yoga practice will expand from a Restorative Flow into sun salutations and finalize listening to and feeling the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls.
Following yoga, mindfully transition into the soothing natural spring waters where the heat will increase blood circulation, stimulate removal of toxins, regulate gland functions and the pores of our skin invite in the natural healing minerals of calcium, magnesium, sulfur and chlorides. The bouyancy of the waters and sounds of nature are sure to uplift your body, ease your mind, and fill your senses with ease and calm. What a way to start the day!
$35 includes Yoga/Sound Healing
Program: 8:30am – 9:30am
Soak: 9:30am – 11am
Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat if you have one. Pre-registration is required to guarantee your space for this program.
Astoria Park Conservancy offers subsidized pricing to all residents who would otherwise face financial barriers in accessing programs onsite at Astoria. If you would like to attend this class but are prohibited by the cost, please reach out to carolyn@astoriapark.org to learn about our no-questions-asked subsidized pricing policy.

No dogs are allowed anywhere on our premises, including the parking lot and grounds on this side of the red bridge. This is a requirement of Teton County, as Astoria is located in a wildlife corridor.
