Paige Byron, Astoria Park Conservancy Executive Director

Paige Byron believes in the power of nature to improve health, a philosophy that grounds her own personal practice. Through her work as President of the International Hot Springs Association, Paige has received training in hydrotherapy and the applications of mental and physical health that can uniquely be found by taking Astoria’s waters. As Executive Director of Astoria, Paige looks forward to sharing her knowledge about our waters and the surrounding Astoria Park land. She is an avid outdoorswoman, a Teton County, Wyoming native.

Francine Barlett,  DPT, ATC, RYT

Founder of Medicine Wheel Wellness specializing in Holistic Physical Therapy & Athletic Training   My foundation as a Health & Wellness Clinician is based in Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine. I specialize in offering a holistic approach to healing, injury rehab, athletic training, and preventative care by Way of the Medicine Wheel, integrating all four aspects of well-being to create balance in one’s life. After worldwide travel and studying ancient healing modalities along the way, I became more in-tune with holistic wellness and earth-based medicines. Approaching health and healing from a nature-based holistic model offers comprehensive care considering the root cause from the inside out, so each aspect of well-being is treated and brought into a state of balance within.

Brittany Belisle

Brittany began her yoga studies in 2008 with a one-way ticket to India. She learned traditional Ashtanga yoga at the Pattabhis Jois Ashtanga Institute and received her first 200 hour certificate in this practice. She has taken over 1,100 hours of yoga trainings from a variety of styles and lineages and has received a MA in Education. She has created comprehensive yoga curriculum for public high schools and yoga schools. After over 20 years of dedicated practice and study, Brittany’s mindful vinyasa classes will strengthen and stretch your body and mind, bringing you to your natural state of space of expansive steadiness and ease.

Brittany’s dynamic and inspiring yoga classes are playful and open to all levels. She emphasizes curiosity and compassion throughout the mindful movement practice.
