FEED YOUR MENTAL HEALTH with Dr. DREW RAMSEY

Join Dr. Drew Ramsey for a talk about his revolutionary prescription for healing
depression and anxiety and optimizing brain health through the foods we eat to help
you get started eating for better mental health.
Drew Ramsey, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist, author, and mental health
advocate. His work focuses on clinical excellence, nutritional psychiatry, male mental
health, and creative media. He founded the Brain Food Clinic, a digital mental health
clinical practice.
His work has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Lancet
Psychiatry, The Today Show, BBC, and NPR. He has given three TEDx talks and is
co-author of the Antidepressant Food Scale, and he created the first e-courses on
Nutritional Psychiatry education. His books, including Eat to Beat Depression and
Anxiety, explore the connections between mental health and nutrition.

Astoria has partnered with 19 organizations, including the Human Service Council and Emergency Service Organizations. No dogs are allowed anywhere on our premises, including the parking lot and grounds on this side of the red bridge. This is a requirement of Teton County, as Astoria is located in a wildlife corridor.
