Morning Meditation with Rooted Mind and Teton County Health Department

Morning Meditation Soak with Rooted Mind in partnership with Teton County Health Department
Join Astoria Park Conservancy for a special COMPLIMENTARY morning meditation within the soaking pools at Astoria.
Rooted Mind will facilitate this meditation, focusing on the changes of the season, and Teton County Health Department will provide information on Seasonal Affective Disorder.
Check-in will begin at 8:15 am
Meditation begins promptly at 8:30 am
PLEASE BE IN THE RIVER POOL READY TO START AT 8:30 am!
Meditations will occur 30 minutes before a scheduled soak and end around 9:15 am. Feel free to stay after the meditation to relax in Astoria’s pools during the normal 9 am -10:45 am session.
Space is limited to 20 people!

There are changing rooms you are welcome to use to transition into your soaking attire.
Soaking FAQsGeneral property rules
No dogs are allowed anywhere on our premises, including the parking lot and grounds on this side of the red bridge. This is a requirement of Teton County, as Astoria is located in a wildlife corridor.
