Morning Meditation Soak
Join Astoria Park Conservancy for a monthly morning meditation in the soaking pools at Astoria Hot Springs.
Rooted Mind will guide you through a peaceful morning meditation while you soak in the calming waters of Astoria Hot Springs.
Schedule
- 8:15 AM: Check-in begins
- 8:30 AM: Meditation begins promptly
- 9:15 AM: Meditation ends
- 9:00–10:45 AM: Continue enjoying the pools during the regular public soak session
Please be in the River Pool and ready to begin at 8:30 AM.
To help everyone start on time, please:
- Complete your waiver before arriving.
- Arrive dressed in your bathing suit.
- Bring flip-flops or water shoes—half of our pathways are gravel.
- Bring a towel and/or robe.
- Bring a water bottle.
The meditation will take about 45 minutes, followed by time to relax and enjoy Astoria’s pools during the regular 9:00–10:45 AM soak session.

There are changing rooms you are welcome to use to transition into your soaking attire.
Soaking FAQsGeneral property rules
No dogs are allowed anywhere on our premises, including the parking lot and grounds on this side of the red bridge. This is a requirement of Teton County, as Astoria is located in a wildlife corridor.
