Morning Meditation Soak
Join Astoria Park Conservancy for monthly morning meditations within the soaking pools at Astoria.
Rooted Mind will facilitate a morning meditation while soaking in the calming waters of Astoria Hot Springs.
Check-in will begin at 8:15 am
Meditation begins promptly at 8:30 am
PLEASE BE IN THE RIVER POOL READY TO START AT 8:30 am!!
Meditations will occur 30 minutes before a scheduled soak and end around 9:15 am. Feel free to stay after the meditation to relax in Astoria’s pools during the normal 9 am-10:45 am session.

There are changing rooms you are welcome to use to transition into your soaking attire.
Soaking FAQsGeneral property rules
No dogs are allowed anywhere on our premises, including the parking lot and grounds on this side of the red bridge. This is a requirement of Teton County, as Astoria is located in a wildlife corridor.
