Medicine Wheel Yoga Flow
Join Medicine Wheel Wellness at Astoria’s Johnny Count Cabin on select Wednesday mornings for a mild-moderately paced yoga class designed to embody and flow, linking movement with breath to develop strength, balance, and inner calm.
Following this yoga class, sign up to soak in Astoria Hot Springs from 9:30-11:00am.
*You must sign up separately to use the hot springs.*
Please come to class prepared with your own water bottle and yoga or fitness mat. Please sign in ahead of time to reserve your space. Pre-registration required to guarantee your space.
Astoria Park Conservancy offers subsidized pricing to all residents who would otherwise face financial barriers in accessing programs onsite at Astoria. If you would like to attend this class but are prohibited by the cost, please reach out to carolyn@astoriapark.org to learn about our no-questions-asked subsidized pricing policy.

No dogs are allowed anywhere on our premises, including the parking lot and grounds on this side of the red bridge. This is a requirement of Teton County, as Astoria is located in a wildlife corridor.
