Morning Meditation Soak
November 6, 2022 @ 8:30 am - 9:00 am
$25Morning Meditation Soak
Join Astoria Park Conservancy and Rooted Mind for monthly morning meditations within the soaking pools at Astoria on the first Sunday of each month, helping us to be present and grounded.
Join us on Sunday, November 6th at 8:30am for a morning meditation while soaking in the calming waters of Astoria Hot Springs. This month, Rooted Mind will focus on practicing forgiveness and heartfulness. As humans, many of us struggle with difficult emotions that oftentimes are projected toward others or towards ourselves. For this practice, we will explore forgiving ourselves as well as others with a practice of heartfulness.
Check in will begin at 8:15am
Meditation begins promptly at 8:30am
PLEASE BE IN THE POOLS READY TO START AT 8:30am!!
Meditations will occur 30 minutes prior to a scheduled soak. Feel free to stay after the meditation to enjoy a passive soak in Astoria’s pools during the normal, 9am session.
Are our program fees prohibitive to you? Reach out to carolyn@astoriapark.org to learn about our no questions asked subsidized pricing policy.
