Do I need to buy my ticket in advance?

Yes. With a maximum capacity of 70 for each session and all visitors welcome, booking in advance is highly recommended. Tickets do often sell out, so walk-ins are discouraged.

Do I have to buy a ticket if I’m not going to swim?

Yes. Purchasing a ticket gives you access to the entire pool area including the Picnic Pavilion as well as the poolside chairs, tables and lawns.

How much time is the purchase of a ticket good for?

A ticket at Astoria is good for a specific session. Sessions are 2.25-2.5 hours long depending on the month.

Is there a cancellation fee when a ticket is reserved but not used?

Yes.

For Members, the full price of the tickets will be charged if the Member 1) no shows; 2) does not cancel prior to session time. The fee can be avoided by calling the Member line at 307-739-3942 in advance of the reservation day/time.

For Punch Card holders, there is no cancellation fee, but the punch(es) is/are not added back to the Punch Card.

Are annual passes on sale year round?

Yes. Annual Passes are available. Please contact the hot springs staff, and you will be directed to the best person to help set you up with an annual pass.

Who is eligible to purchase annual passes?

Local individuals and local families (see next FAQ) are eligible to purchase Annual Passes, as a part of our Locals Loyalty Program.

Passholder(s) must be local residents of Teton County (WY & ID), Sublette County, WY, and Lincoln County, WY. Please bring local ID* must be presented at check-in upon each visit to Astoria Hot Springs.

*Approved documentation for proof of local residency for Annual Passes: local ID, property tax, car registration, utility bill, lease agreement

Who is included in a family annual pass?

An Annual Pass is valid for immediate family members only.

No exchange of pass holder members allowed. This includes but is not limited to: other family members including grandparents, friends, significant others, caretakers, coworkers, employees, neighbors, mentors, nannies, etc. These guests must purchase a single visit pass, punch pass or annual pass separately.

What is required to complete the purchase of an annual pass?

Please bring a copy of each adult’s local ID, even if only one family member purchases an Annual Pass for the entire family.

Are annual passes valid for guests of the passholder?

No. Guests must purchase a single visit pass, punch pass or annual pass separately.

A family that has an Annual Pass cannot exchange one of their family members for a guest. A guest includes but is not limited to: other family members including grandparents, friends, significant others, caretakers, coworkers, employees, neighbors, mentors, nannies, etc. These guests must purchase a single visit pass, punch pass or annual pass separately.

Are gift cards available to purchase online?

Yes! We have a $50 and $100 Digital Gift Card available for anyone to purchase online. Gift card is valid for ticket reservations; not applicable for concession sales.

How do you reserve soaks with a promo code?

The recipient of the Gift Card or Punch Card will receive an email that includes a “Gift Card” code to use all year long when reserving soaks online.
