Yoga + Sound Healing + Soak
Facilitated by Medicine Wheel Wellness
Experience an all-inclusive morning wellness practice designed to help you slow down, connect with yourself, and welcome the day with intention.
Begin with breathwork and intention setting, followed by a restorative yoga flow that builds into gentle sun salutations. The practice concludes with a relaxing sound healing experience featuring crystal sound bowls.
After yoga, mindfully transition into the soothing waters of Astoria Hot Springs. Enjoy the warmth and buoyancy of the natural mineral springs while taking in the surrounding sounds and beauty of Astoria Hot Springs & Park.
