Women’s Health Series
With Emily Bodner, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, APRN, and PMHNP
Saturday, May 18th, 9:30-11a: Mental Health during the Peri and Post Partum Experience:
a discussion to create understanding and inner peace. This will focus on what symptoms you or your family should be concerned about, when to ask for help, where to go and options available.
Saturday, September 21st, 9:30-11a: Perimenopause and Menopause:
a discussion to educate you on the signs and symptoms women may experience as they age. Learn the causes for some of your symptoms, how to address them and when medical intervention may be helpful.
Saturday, November 2nd 9:30-11a: Body image and Resilience:
Body image is a common problem women experience throughout their lives. This event will discuss common symptoms or signs people may experience or exhibit, how to provide support within the family, basic nutrition, and external resources to utilize if more help is needed.

All programs are FREE and include hot springs soak after the discussion
About Emily Bodner:
Emily is a Board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a specialty training in Women’s Mental Health. Emily seeks to work collaboratively with patients to create holistic, evidence-based treatment strategies. She is committed to responsible medication management and has a deep interest in psychopharmacology. She often combines with psychotherapy and mindfulness techniques to help her patients achieve long term success.

No dogs are allowed anywhere on our premises, including the parking lot and grounds on this side of the red bridge. This is a requirement of Teton County, as Astoria is located in a wildlife corridor.
