Women’s health: Perimenopause and Menopause
Join Emily Bodner to discuss: Perimenopause and Menopause: A supportive discussion to help you understand the signs and symptoms women may experience with age. Learn what’s happening in your body, ways to manage symptoms, when medical support may be helpful, and how it may affect your mental health.

About Emily Bodner:
Emily is a Board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a specialty training in Women’s Mental Health. Emily seeks to work collaboratively with patients to create holistic, evidence-based treatment strategies. She is committed to responsible medication management and has a deep interest in psychopharmacology. She often combines psychotherapy and mindfulness techniques to help her patients achieve long-term success.

There are changing rooms you are welcome to use to transition into your soaking attire.

No dogs are allowed anywhere on our premises, including the parking lot and grounds on this side of the red bridge. This is a requirement of Teton County, as Astoria is located in a wildlife corridor.
