Winter with Success

November 23 @ 10:00 am - 12:45 pm

Join Emily Bodner for a new program, “Winter for Success”
Discover strategies to shift your mindset and make the most of winter! Learn practical tips to boost your mood, health, and enjoyment during the cold, dark months. This program will explore cultural perspectives on how people in other cold climates embrace winter and the positive impact those attitudes can have on mental well-being. We’ll review common experiences like seasonal blues and depressive symptoms, offering validation and fresh ways of thinking about the season. Together, we’ll look at local winter activities (beyond skiing), simple lifestyle shifts, and supportive options like Vitamin D that can help boost mood and make winter more enjoyable.
