Astoria’s Winter Wellness Retreat


Reset and refresh at Astoria’s one-of-a-kind half-day wellness retreats.
Connect to nature in our mineral-rich waters to increase healing and wellness at Astoria. This half-day retreat is dedicated to embracing activities that help you maintain balance and harmony.
$100 per ticket
Price includes a half day of expert-led wellness activities, healthy snacks, refreshments, hot spring soaks, and a unique experience only found at Astoria!
Wellness Retreat Itinerary
8:30a: Arrival, Opening Ceremony
9:00a Yoga + Sound Bath
10a: Refuel with a Healthy Snack, Change, and Regroup for Hot Springs
10:45a: Closing Circle, Breathwork & guided Meditation in the River Pool
12p: Conclusion

What to expect if my program includes a soak
There are changing rooms you are welcome to use to transition into your soaking attire.

No dogs are allowed anywhere on our premises, including the parking lot and grounds on this side of the red bridge. This is a requirement of Teton County, as Astoria is located in a wildlife corridor.
