Valentine’s Day Cacao Ceremony & Heart Opening Restorative Yoga with Francine Bartlett & Mason Steele in the cabin 8:30am – 9:45am

Enjoy a ceremonial-grade cup of Cacao as you connect inward and with each other to open your heart, calm your mind, and move your body with restorative yoga poses. Cacao, in warm and frothy drink form, is derived from the purest form of chocolate on Indigenous land and brought to us as a plant medicine for its healing and heart-opening qualities. Integrated with restorative yoga and a hot springs soak, this special Valentine’s Day session is offered to bring in the flow of love and connection.

Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat if you have one. Pre-registration is required to guarantee your space for this program.

Program: 8:30am – 9:45am
Soak: 9:45am – 11am
