Provider Pause: Yoga, Sound & Soak

In partnership with The Mental Wellness Collaborative, we’re offering a free afternoon of yoga, sound bath, and hot springs soaking for mental health providers. This is a space to rest, reconnect, and refill your cup — because those who care for others deserve care, too. Whether you’re looking to unwind, build community, or simply take a breath, we hope you’ll join us for this special event.
Tuesday, September 15, at Astoria Hot Springs and Park
Yoga + Sound Bath in the Johnny Counts Cabin: 4:30p-5:30p (limited to 15 people)
Hot Springs soak: 5:30p-6:45p
