Morning Meditation Soak
Join Astoria Park Conservancy and Rooted Mind for monthly morning meditations within the soaking pools at Astoria. This month Rooted Mind will focus on mindfulness Practices that Keep Us Grounded.
Join us on Sunday, April 23rd at 8:30am for a morning meditation while soaking in the calming waters of Astoria Hot Springs. This month we will explore fun mindfulness practices that keep us grounded during shoulder season. Join us for a mindfulness practice where we will continue to explore the senses and mindful movement.
Check in will begin at 8:15am
Meditation begins promptly at 8:30am
PLEASE BE IN THE POOLS READY TO START AT 8:30am!!
Meditations will occur 30 minutes prior to a scheduled soak. Feel free to stay after the meditation to enjoy a passive soak in Astoria’s pools during the normal, 9am session.

There are changing rooms you are welcome to use to transition into your soaking attire.
Soaking FAQsGeneral property rules
No dogs are allowed anywhere on our premises, including the parking lot and grounds on this side of the red bridge. This is a requirement of Teton County, as Astoria is located in a wildlife corridor.
