Join us on Sunday, April 23rd at 8:30am for a morning meditation while soaking in the calming waters of Astoria Hot Springs. This month we will explore fun mindfulness practices that keep us grounded during shoulder season. Join us for a mindfulness practice where we will continue to explore the senses and mindful movement.

Check in will begin at 8:15am
Meditation begins promptly at 8:30am

Meditations will occur 30 minutes prior to a scheduled soak. Feel free to stay after the meditation to enjoy a passive soak in Astoria’s pools during the normal, 9am session.
