Morning Meditation Soak
March 19, 2023 @ 8:30 am - 9:00 am
$25Morning Meditation Soak
Join Astoria Park Conservancy and Rooted Mind for monthly morning meditations within the soaking pools at Astoria. This month Rooted Mind will focus on mindfulness Practices of the Mind and Body.
Join us on Sunday, March 19th at 8:30am for a morning meditation while soaking in the calming waters of Astoria Hot Springs. Shoulder season can be a gloomy time for some. For the next two months, we will spice it up with fun mindfulness practices that involve our mind and body! This month we will do a deep dive into exploring the senses in meditation practice as well as body scan.
Check in will begin at 8:15am
Meditation begins promptly at 8:30am
PLEASE BE IN THE POOLS READY TO START AT 8:30am!!
Meditations will occur 30 minutes prior to a scheduled soak. Feel free to stay after the meditation to enjoy a passive soak in Astoria’s pools during the normal, 9am session.
Are our program fees prohibitive to you? Reach out to carolyn@astoriapark.org to learn about our no questions asked subsidized pricing policy.
