Provider Pause: Yoga, Sound & Soak
May 6 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

In partnership with The Mental Wellness Collaborative and in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re offering a free evening of yoga, sound bath, and hot springs soaking for mental health providers. This is a space to rest, reconnect, and refill your cup — because those who care for others deserve care, too. Whether you’re looking to unwind, build community, or simply take a breath, we hope you’ll join us for this special event.
Tuesday, May 6th, at Astoria Hot Springs and Park
Yoga + Sound Bath in the Johnny Counts Cabin: 5p-6p (limited to 20 people)
Hot Springs soak: 6p-8p
To sign up email: carolyn@astoriapark.org with your name and where you work, please let us know if you would like to attend Yoga and the soak or just the soak!
*Exclusively for mental health providers!
