Integrative Breathwork at Astoria Hot Springs with Medicine Wheel Wellness
Integrative Breathwork is a transformational class created to improve health, healing, increase energy, and balanced well-being utilizing the modalities of breathwork, dynamic movement, music, voice activation, intention setting, and visualization.
The Breathwork is the sweet sauce of the class and will include rhythmic breathing, inhale and exhale breath retentions (holds) curated with music and visualization to calm your mind, ease your senses, and tap inward to manifest your goals and desires.
$35 includes Breathwork/Hot Springs Soak
Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one. Pre-registration is required to guarantee your space for this program.
Astoria Park Conservancy offers subsidized pricing to all residents who would otherwise face financial barriers in accessing programs onsite at Astoria. If you would like to attend this class but are prohibited by the cost, don’t hesitate to contact carolyn@astoriapark.org to learn about our no-questions-asked subsidized pricing policy.
