Frontline Resilience Series

Astoria’s Frontline Resilience Program is designed to build social support and resilience among the critical service providers who support our community every day.

Through our partnerships with more than 30 organizations providing essential services, Astoria offers monthly complimentary wellness programs that connect frontline professionals with nature, community, and restorative experiences.

Time spent at Astoria Hot Springs can help reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support overall well-being.

Program Schedule:
10–11AM: Yoga + Sound Bath in the Johnny Counts Cabin, facilitated by a Medicine Wheel Wellness Practitioner
11 AM–12:45 PM: Complimentary soak at Astoria Hot Springs

Registration:

Program and soak are FREE for eligible critical service providers.

If you are part of one of our qualifying organizations, please ask your organization’s administrator or point person for the private registration link.

Feel free to email carolyn@astoriapark.org with any questions.

This program is exclusively for critical service providers.

General property rules

No dogs are allowed anywhere on our premises, including the parking lot and grounds on this side of the red bridge. This is a requirement of Teton County, as Astoria is located in a wildlife corridor.
