Frontline Resilience
June 30 @ 10:30 am - 1:15 pm
Astoria’s Frontline Resilience Series is designed to build social support and increase resilience for our frontline heroes.
Critical Service Providers are the true backbone of this community, continuing to provide 24-hour support and services to our most vulnerable members. With a mission to connect the community through inspiring experiences in nature that improve livability, health, and well-being, we offer monthly complimentary programs to 20 partnering organizations that provide essential services.
A soothing soak in Astoria Hot Springs can help counteract stress, increase relaxation, and reduce anxiety. Time spent at Astoria fosters healthier and happier individuals and a more broadly connected community.
Sunday, June 30th: Integrative Breathwork facilitated by a Medicine Wheel Wellness Practitioner from 10:30a-11:30a in the Johnny Counts Cabin, soak from 11:30a-1:15pp in the hot springs
