CAMPFIRE Presents: Sound Healing + with Daniela Botur

April 19 | 3:45 pm – 5:45 pm at Astoria HotSprings

FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC (16+)

Harness the healing power of sound & water …

Surrounded by the beauty of the Snake River and the natural landscape of Astoria, this experience blends the healing power of sound and vibrational energy with the soothing thermal waters of Astoria’s soaking pools.

Everything in the universe carries a frequency—including our thoughts, emotions, and physical bodies. Sound healing works with these natural vibrations to help restore balance, calm the nervous system, and support a more uplifted state of mind and wellbeing. Daniela will guide participants through a 30-minute sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other vibrational instruments, creating a deeply meditative environment where sound and water together enhance relaxation and renewal.

The event will also include a 10–15 minute discussion about vibrational energy and the many tools we can use—through sound, intention, and other modalities—to shift our energy and cultivate greater balance and wellbeing. The afternoon will conclude with 10 minutes for questions and conversation — all hosted within the healing environment of the pools themselves (prepare to soak!).

DETAILS: The organized portion of the program will be held from 4:00 PM – 5:15 PM. Please plan to arrive by 3:45 check-in, and bring a bathing suit, towel, and water bottle. Snacks will be provided, and alcoholic beverages will be available to purchase on-site. Participants are welcome to bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages; and anyone interested in soaking longer and continuing the conversation is welcome to sign up for an additional session (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM window) via the Astoria website.
