Astoria Park Conservancy Announces its 2025 Wellness Programs

Astoria Park Conservancy, renowned for its hot springs, is excited to announce the launch of its 2025 wellness programs, highlighting its commitment to community well-being. Longtime partners Medicine Wheel Wellness and Rooted Mind Wyoming will share their expertise in wellness classes and retreats.

Kicking off with a Morning Meditation and Soak on Sunday, January 12, 2025, the monthly wellness programs are available to members of the public and uniquely feature a soak in the hot springs.

Astoria’s wellness programs are designed to foster balance and harmony in participants’ lives. Incorporating hot springs into these offerings adds an extra layer of therapeutic benefits, as water has a naturally calming effect on the body and mind. Immersion in mineral-rich hot springs further enhances these effects, facilitating stress relief and relaxation.

Astoria firmly believes in equipping individuals with essential tools to navigate their health journey. Through nature immersion, yoga, meditation and breathwork techniques taught, participants are empowered to enhance their emotional well-being.

Astoria’s monthly Frontline Resilience programs, funded by its Access Fund, offer complimentary wellness experiences to over 20 organizations that provide essential services for the health and safety of our community. These programs support the community’s backbone—those who deliver 24-hour care to its most vulnerable—by connecting them with nature to enhance health, well-being and livability.

Since its establishment in 2020, Astoria has welcomed over 150,000 visitors to its renowned hot springs. Overlooking the Snake River in Hoback Canyon, this sanctuary provides a rejuvenating escape, where individuals can immerse themselves in mineral-rich waters while fostering connections within the community.
