Welcome to Astoria

  • Tickets & Hours

Astoria is open year-round. We offer multiple two-hour sessions per day beginning at 9am. Each session is separated by a 15 minute break. For an extended stay, guests are welcome to book back-to-back sessions and stay through the break. Advanced reservations are strongly recommended. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available. 100% of hot springs revenue supports the Astoria Park Conservancy's mission.

    Visiting Astoria Hot Springs
  • Getting Here

Astoria is accessed by crossing the historic red bridge over the Snake River from highway 89/26 between Hoback Junction and Alpine. Due to recent bridge damage, vehicles must be under five tons AND 8'4" tall in order to cross the bridge. Vehicles too large to access the bridge may park in the highway turnoff at the entrance to the bridge. Guests will need to walk across the bridge to our facility (1200 feet / 5 minutes). If you arrive to find the main parking lot at the hot springs is full, please park in our overflow lot: exit the main lot the same way you came in, turn left at the stop sign, turn right at brown building (1000 feet / 4 minute walk).

Support

Astoria Park Conservancy

Astoria Park Conservancy's mission is to connect our community through inspiring experiences in nature that improve livability, health, and wellbeing. Astoria is a non-profit, donor funded park, stewarded by Astoria Park Conservancy. Astoria's nearly 100 acres include critical wildlife habitat and wetlands, a commercial public hot springs facility, and, once completed, trails, community gathering places, and much more. Our vision is that time spent at Astoria will foster healthier and happier individuals and a more broadly connected community.
