Join Astoria Park Conservancy to connect as a community in nature. Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month at our annual May Hooray!
- Hot springs are free and open to the public 10a-5p. Reservations are not required; expect a possible wait to enter!
- Interactive Wellness Booths from Teton County Health Department and Mental Health Recovery Services of Jackson Hole
- Massages and Wellness from Medicine Wheel Wellness
- Learn about and sign up for Astoria wellness and critical service provider programs and learn about our Access Fund.
- Bee Still: Complimentary Mindfulness Programs for Kids led by Rooted Mind
- Kids will explore the brain, body, and emotions through mindfulness during four programs:
- 10-10:20a & 10:30-10:50a, 4-8 year olds: mindfulness stories, games, activities
- 11a-11:20a & 11:30a-11:50a, 9 years old and up: learn about the brain and an introduction to mindfulness & meditation
- These programs are complimentary and first come, first serve. Space is limited to 20 kids per 20-minute program. This will take place in the Johnny Counts Cabin. Please meet outside the cabin a few minutes before the program you want to attend.
- Nutrition and Wellness Discussion led by Mary Ryan, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, LCSW-1281, MSW, MS, RDN, CEDRD, LD, Owner of Beyond Broccoli LLC
- Discussion will take place in the Johnny Counts cabin from 2p-3p.
- Join Mary in exploring the basics of nutrition and mental health that go beyond what to eat or not eat.
- This is a complimentary discussion. Please show up a few minutes early to find your seat.

No dogs are allowed anywhere on our premises, including the parking lot and grounds on this side of the red bridge. This is a requirement of Teton County, as Astoria is located in a wildlife corridor.
