Morning Meditation Soak

Register Today

Join Astoria Park Conservancy and Rooted Mind for monthly morning meditations within the soaking pools at Astoria on the first Sunday of each month, helping us to be present and grounded.

Join us on Sunday, October 2nd at 8:30am for a morning meditation while soaking in the calming waters of Astoria Hot Springs. This month, Rooted Mind will put a focus on Finding Balance and steadiness in the mind. We will explore the unconscious mind that is constantly processing information around us leaving us feeling overwhelmed and in turn, our bodies pay the price. We will practice “being” rather than “doing” so that we may offer our bodies a sense of safety or equanimity. This unique experience will allow your body and mind to receive the healing qualities of both meditation and the springs.

Check in will begin at 8:15am
Meditation begins promptly at 8:30am

Meditations will occur 30 minutes prior to a scheduled soak. Feel free to stay after the meditation to enjoy a passive soak in Astoria’s pools during the normal, 9am session.

Are our program fees prohibitive to you? Reach out to carolyn@astoriapark.org to learn about our no questions asked subsidized pricing policy.
