InnerDance is a music-based meditation that opens the senses to an inner journey that unifies the body\, mind\, heart\, and soul. The practice begins by lying down on a yoga mat and closing your eyes. Music will be played to invite your thoughts into purposeful brainwave patterns to simulate your natural dream state. Your Facilitator offers healing touch\, aromatherapy\, plays crystal sound bowls\, drums\, and holds space for you to expand from within. Many experience an altered state of mind\, release blockages\, and gain deep insights. DESCRIPTION:Morning Meditation Soak \nRegister Today \nJoin Astoria Park Conservancy and Rooted Mind for monthly morning meditations within the soaking pools at Astoria. This month Rooted Mind will focus on mindfulness Practices of the Mind and Body. \nJoin us on Sunday\, March 19th at 8:30am for a morning meditation while soaking in the calming waters of Astoria Hot Springs. Shoulder season can be a gloomy time for some. For the next two months\, we will spice it up with fun mindfulness practices that involve our mind and body! This month we will do a deep dive into exploring the senses in meditation practice as well as body scan. \nCheck in will begin at 8:15am\nMeditation begins promptly at 8:30am \nPLEASE BE IN THE POOLS READY TO START AT 8:30am!! \nMeditations will occur 30 minutes prior to a scheduled soak.
