The buoyancy of the waters and sounds of nature are sure to uplift your body\, ease your mind\, and fill your senses with ease and calm. What a way to start the day! \n$40  includes Yoga/Sound Healing/Soak \n\nProgram: 8:30am – 9:30am\nSoak: 9:30am – 10:45am \n\nPlease bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one.
