The practice concludes with a relaxing sound healing experience featuring crystal sound bowls. \nAfter yoga\, mindfully transition into the soothing waters of Astoria Hot Springs. Enjoy the warmth and buoyancy of the natural mineral springs while taking in the surrounding sounds and beauty of Astoria Hot Springs & Park. \nSchedule\n\n8:30–9:30 am: Yoga + Sound Healing\n9:30–11:00 am: Hot Springs Soak\n\n$40 per person\nIncludes yoga\, sound healing\, and hot springs admission. \nWhat to Bring\n\nWater bottle\nYoga mat\, if you have one\nBathing suit\nTowel and/or robe\n\nPre-registration is required to guarantee your space.
