Together\, families will explore simple\, fun\, and age-appropriate mindfulness practices that help children build focus and emotional awareness. Parents will have the opportunity to learn alongside their children and practice activities they can continue at home to support everyday well-being. \nDate: Sunday\, October 18th \nTime: \n\n10:00–11:00 a.m.: Mindfulness program in the Johnny Counts Cabin\n11:15 a.m.–1:15 p.m.: Complimentary soak for one child and one adult/guardian\n\nLocation: Astoria Hot Springs & Park\, Johnny Counts Cabin \nDetails\n\nThis program is designed for children ages 9–12.\nSpace is limited to 12 children\, with one adult/guardian per child.\nThe mindfulness program will take place in the Johnny Counts Cabin.
