Our yoga practice will expand from a Restorative Flow into sun salutations and finalize listening to and feeling the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls. \nFollowing yoga\, mindfully transition into the soothing natural spring waters where the heat will increase blood circulation\, stimulate the removal of toxins\, regulate gland functions\, and the pores of our skin invite in the natural healing minerals of calcium\, magnesium\, sulfur\, and chlorides. The buoyancy of the waters and sounds of nature are sure to uplift your body\, ease your mind\, and fill your senses with ease and calm. DESCRIPTION:Astoria Park Conservancy and Rooted Mind present “Mindful Me\,” a complimentary kids’ mindfulness program for kids and their parents. Together\, families will explore simple\, fun\, and age-appropriate mindfulness practices that help children build focus and emotional awareness. Parents will have the chance to learn alongside their kids\, practicing activities they can continue at home to support everyday well-being. \n  \nDate: Sunday\, May 31st\n\n\nTime: 10:15 a.m.- 11:15 a.m. Mindfulness Program in the cabin\, 11:00 a.m.- 12:45 p.m. Complimentary soak for all (kiddo plus one adult)\n\n\nLocation: Astoria Hot Springs & Park\, Johnny Counts Cabin\n\n\nDetails:\n\n-This program is designed for children 7-9 years old!\n\n-Space is limited to 12 kids and one adult/guardian. The program will take place in the Johnny Counts Cabin.
