DESCRIPTION:Astoria’s Frontline Resilience Series is designed to build social support and increase resilience for our frontline heroes. \nCritical Service Providers are the true backbone of this community\, continuing to provide 24-hour support and services to our most vulnerable members. With a mission to connect the community through inspiring experiences in nature that improve livability\, health\, and well-being\, we offer monthly complimentary programs to over 20 partnering organizations that provide essential services. \nA soothing soak in Astoria Hot Springs can help counteract stress\, increase relaxation\, and reduce anxiety. Time spent at Astoria fosters healthier and happier individuals and a more broadly connected community. \nInteractive Art Activity with Teton County Health Department \nJoin the Teton County Health Department for a special Mental Health Awareness Month Frontline Resilience Program. TCHD will be bringing an interactive\, creative activity that focuses on emotional regulation and identification.
