DESCRIPTION:Yoga + Sound + Soak at Astoria Hot Springs facilitated by Medicine Wheel Wellness \nRegister Today \n\nExperience an all-inclusive wellness practice\, greeting the morning’s energy with breathwork and intention setting to ground in and connect with the beautiful Native lands and mineral springs at Astoria Hot Springs & Park. Our yoga practice will expand from a Restorative Flow into sun salutations and finalize listening to and feeling the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls. \nFollowing yoga\, mindfully transition into the soothing natural spring waters where the heat will increase blood circulation\, stimulate the removal of toxins\, regulate gland functions\, and the pores of our skin invite in the natural healing minerals of calcium\, magnesium\, sulfur\, and chlorides. The buoyancy of the waters and sounds of nature are sure to uplift your body\, ease your mind\, and fill your senses with ease and calm. What a way to start the day! \n$40  includes Yoga/Sound Healing/Soak \n\nProgram: 8:30am – 9:30am\nSoak: 9:30am – 11 am \n\nPlease bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one.
