Yoga Flow + Breathwork with Medicine Wheel Wellness

Medicine Wheel Yoga Flow
Join Astoria Park Conservancy and Medicine Wheel Wellness for a mild-moderately paced yoga class designed to embody and flow, linking movement with breath to develop strength, balance, and inner calm.
This class will take place in Astoria’s Johnny Counts Cabin and will be followed by an optional soak in the hot springs. Please note, registration for this class includes a soak.
Yoga Flow with MWW 8:30a-9:30a, including optional soak 9:30a-11a
Please bring your own yoga mat if possible and a water bottle!

No dogs are allowed anywhere on our premises, including the parking lot and grounds on this side of the red bridge. This is a requirement of Teton County, as Astoria is located in a wildlife corridor.
