Meditations will take place on the first Sunday of each month at 8:30am. Join us on Sunday, June 5th at 8:30am for a morning meditation while soaking in the calming waters of Astoria Hot Springs. This practice will put a focus on taking time to push pause and be present for a “a summer to savor”. This unique experience will allow your body and mind to receive the healing qualities of both meditation and the springs.
